You can pay simply and securely via PayPal or via Klarna. With Klarna you have the choice between the following payment options:

Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days. On public holidays, order processing may take 1-2 days longer. Delivery outside Germany usually takes 2-4 working days.

In general, you will receive a separate e-mail with a tracking number from our shipping partner DHL. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

We are currently shipping to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, France, Luxembourg, Poland and Czech Republic.

In case you do not like your airfect product and you have purchased it directly in our online shop, please write us a message. Afterwards, we will send you a return label free of charge for returns within Germany.

All our products are subject to the legal 2 years warranty for production defects. We grant an extended warranty period of 5 years on the spring cores inside our airfect pillows. This guarantee is valid in case of spring fractures or production-related defects that significantly affect the lying characteristics.

coc stands for controlled organic cultivation.
The use of chemical fertilisers, defoliants and synthetic pesticides is not allowed for this cotton. In order to be called coc cotton, the soil has to be unsprayed at least three years, only natural fertilizers like manure or mulch may be used and the weeds have to be removed mechanically.
Furthermore, social aspects are also taken into account during production and processing. By dispensing with chemicals, workers are not exposed to any health-threatening substances, they are paid fairly and social standards such as access to housing or the ban of child labour must be observed.

Our airfect pillows are available in many different designs. They are tailored to your individual needs. The built-in components, such as the pocket spring core and foam, are manufactured according to the latest standards applying meticulous care. Together they provide our pillows with unique comfort and breathability.

Yes, you are allowed to! In case you do not like your pillow, you are allowed to return it within the first 14 days.

The airfect pillows are not suitable for the washing machine due to their special construction. The materials used make all airfect pillows antibacterial and the pocket spring cores ensure a dry bed climate. All pillows will be delivered with a washable tencel cover, washable at 60° degrees. All airfect pillows will be delivered with a removable and washable cover. In addition, you can get custom-fit jersey covers in the airfect shop.

While sleeping you will not notice the pocket spring core, because we use extremely thin and sensitive spring cores. You will only feel the advantages and benefits of the pocket spring core when you sleep.

In just 4 seconds, the sofa is transformed into a bed with just a single movement. The fabric is also stain resistant. Milk drinks, desserts, chocolate or juices containing fruit acid can be removed without residue and with minimal effort.

The fabric is protected against stains by a permanent finish. Any soiling can be easily removed with a damp cloth.

Our sofa bed is available in two widths:
The small sofa (140 cm lying surface) weighs approx. 105 kg.
The large sofa (160 cm lying surface) weighs approx. 120 kg.
